The Financial Structure Of Your FUN Area

With so many different money streams coming in and going out, we must lay the foundation for a sturdy and well-organized financial structure. If you pay for a product, service, or transaction from your pocket, we will create an accounting ledger registering all your financial transactions.

  1. CREDITS Wallet: These have been introduced to allow mini payments, such as joining the Mystery T-shirt raffle, in which participating is one credit. It is not possible to transfer credits to another member.
  2. FUN Wallet: The $300 payments you earn from the RICH Matrix Plan, the Referral Bonuses you collect when one of your referrals earns $300, and your Sales Bonuses, paid every four weeks, are deposited into your FUN Wallet. You can transfer and receive unlimited money to and from other FUN members. The sender and the receiver pay a fixed $1 transaction fee.
  3. SHOP Wallet: If you have subscribed to MAD, your Unilevel Plan earnings, paid every four weeks, are deposited into your Shop Wallet. The money can only be spent on the FUN Marketplace, whereafter you will receive Cashback up to 100%. If you did not subscribe to the MAD program, your Unilevel Plan earnings will be transferred to your FUN Wallet.
  4. STORE Wallet: FUN merchants can activate this wallet to receive payments for orders by FUN members. After 31 January 2015, this wallet will be replaced by the BITTY Wallet.
  5. SALARY Wallet: Employees’ compensation is deposited into their Salary Wallet.
  6. ESCROW Wallet: This account allows two parties to secure a high-value or important transaction. Payment for any item is stored in the Escrow Wallet, and after the merchandise is received, the money is released to the seller.
  7. AUCTION Wallet: This is a dedicated wallet to reserve funds for FUN Auctions. Money received for auctioned NFTs, or tangible items will be entered into your Auction Wallet. The Wallet will be available from 1 February 2025. Cash in your Auction Wallet can be replenished from your FUN Wallet or vice versa.
  8. BITTY Wallet: Will replace the FUN Wallet from 1 February 2025.
  9. BITTY Trading Wallet: Available from 1 February 2035. To open a BITTY Trading Wallet is $30 per year and will activate a Smart Contract (= the current RICH matrix positions).
  10. BITTY Exchange Account: The BTX Account will be available from 1 February 2025.
  11. KIDS Wallet: From 1 February 2025, children can be registered from birth. A parent or custodian supervises the KIDS Wallet until the child is 16.

Compensation Plan:

Our Compensation Plan has been baptized RICH, an acronym for Residual Income Creates Happiness, which conforms to our vision. According to our mission, every FUN member must achieve financial independence; residual income will create this happy status. The RICH Compensation Plan is built on four pillars:

  1. Sales Plan
  2. Unilevel Plan
  3. Matrix Plan
  4. Referral Plan

1. Sales Plan:

Every member is eligible to earn a Sales Bonus. The Sales Bonus applies to FUN subscriptions, products, and services your referrals purchase. We will pay a sales bonus depending on the total amount spent by your referral in four weeks, after which the bonus is paid into your FUN Wallet. The percentages you can earn are when the:

  • If the sales amount is less than $100, the sales bonus is 5%,
  • If the state amount is higher than $100 but less than $1,000, the sales bonus is 10%,
  • If the sales amount is higher than $1,000 but less than $2,500, the sales bonus is 15%,
  • If the sales amount is higher than $ 2,500 but less than $10,000, the sales bonus is 20%,
  • If the sales amount exceeds $ 10,000, the sales bonus is 25%.

2. Unilevel Plan

Upon joining FUN, the system creates a position for you in a Unilevel Matrix on the frontline of your referrer (sponsor). When your enthusiasm is contagious enough to attract others who become FUN members, your Unilevel Matrix is flipped into action. It is the birth of a network that may expand to ten generations. Without limiting the number of new members you may invite, your network can grow to a volume beyond your imagination.

Unlike a Forced Matrix, which has a fixed number of positions on each level, a Unilevel has no width restrictions. You can enroll an unlimited number of new members, who will all activate a position on your first level.

On each of the ten levels of your Unilevel Matrix, the system will pay a 0.5% commission. This may seem like a pittance but check out this case study. Let’s assume you enroll three members, and everybody in your downline does the same. This adds up to 88,572 members.  Let’s assume they have all subscribed to a FUN service at $30 per year. Now multiply $30 by 88,572, which is $2,657,160. A half percent of $2,657,160 is $13,285. Not bad for a one-time out-of-pocket $30 payment.

Of course, some members will not refer new members, but others may enroll dozens. In this case study, we didn’t add any FUN products and services sales, which may be much higher than the total membership fees. The bottom line is that introducing new members is very profitable.

Earned Unilevel Matrix commissions are deposited in your Shop Wallet every Friday if you have a MAD subscription (see below). If not, the money will be deposited into your FUN Wallet.

3. Matrix Plan

Commissions are generated in a Forced Matrix, ten positions wide and two levels deep. For example, you will activate a Matrix position when you order an annual subscription for $30.  You will activate Matrix positions in your sponsor’s downline.

Reentry Concept:

Matrix positions are activated by ordered FUN subscriptions, products, and services. Every Matrix position is valued at $30. It takes only 110 active Matrix positions on the two levels to complete a Matrix spot. After completing a Matrix position (all the spots beneath your initial position) have been activated, the generated $30 commissions on level one will be converted into 30 FUN credits. These credits can be used towards your next order. This concept is incredibly lucrative because when the FUN credits are issued, a new Matrix position in your downline is activated, and the cycle starts again. The number of Matrix positions you can activate is unlimited. It is unpredictable how quickly you will earn the maximum Matrix commission; it can be a few weeks or months, but you are guaranteed to earn $300 on each Matrix position in due time. The earned $300 will be deposited into your FUN Wallet.

4. Referral Plan

You are not required to introduce new FUN Members, despite the virtual business card being the perfect tool to recruit new FUN Members. We have created the Referral Plan to encourage you to introduce everyone you know and don’t know yet. This Referral Plan pays a percentage of your referrals’ earned $300 matrix commissions. The percentages are set as follows when you enroll:

  • 1 Member you’ll get a 10% Referral Bonus. A 10 % of $300 = $30,
  • 2 Members you’ll get a 25% Referral Bonus. A 25 % of $300 = $75,
  • 3 Members you’ll get a 50% Referral Bonus. A 50 % of $300 = $150,
  • 4 Members you’ll get a 75% Referral Bonus. A 75 % of $300 = $225,
  • 5 Members or more, and you’ll get a 100% Referral Bonus. A 100 % of $300 = $300.

There is no limit to the number of FUN Members you can enroll. It should be clear that you can become a wealthy member thanks to the Referral Plan. If you have a little imagination, you will understand that your Referral Bonus earnings can go through the roof if you refer many new FUN members. Your earnings will be transferred to your FUN Wallet, and every time one of your referrals is paid a $300 Matrix commission.
