This Acceptable Use Policy (referred to as the “Policy”) outlines Free Universal Network’s (“FUN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) definition of what constitutes “misuse” or “abuse,” as well as the activities that are permitted or prohibited on FUN’s websites and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Service”). We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Policy and/or suspend the account of any user who does not adhere to these guidelines, at our sole discretion. Terms that are capitalized but not specifically defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned to them in our Terms of Service, accessible at https://freeuniversalnetwork.com/terms-of-use (the “Terms of Service”).

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and this Policy.
2. Terms of Use
You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, submitting, transmitting, or otherwise providing any content that:
- Violates laws or encourages illegal activities.
- Is sexually explicit or obscene in nature.
- Is defamatory, libelous, or misleading.
- Discriminates against or harasses any individual or group.
- Unnecessarily portrays or glorifies violence, including violent imagery.
- Contains false, misleading, or intentionally deceptive information that could negatively impact public welfare, including aspects related to health, safety, electoral integrity, and community engagement.
- Introduces or installs any form of malware or exploits, or misuses our platform to deliver such exploits.
- Violates the intellectual property rights of any entity, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, publicity rights, or any other rights.
- Is deemed objectionable by FUN, potentially restricting or hindering others’ ability to utilize or enjoy the Service, or poses any risk of harm or liability to FUN or its users;
- Lacks the necessary rights for transmission under any applicable laws or within the bounds of contractual or fiduciary obligations.
3. Conduct Guidelines
While utilizing the Service, you must refrain from the following actions:
- Engaging in harassment, abuse, threats, or promoting violence against any individual or group, including our employees, officers, agents, or fellow users.
- Using our servers for any form of excessive automated activities, such as spamming or cryptocurrency mining, that may impose an undue strain on our infrastructure or for disseminating unsolicited advertisements or solicitations.
- Attempting to disrupt our services or gain unauthorized access to any devices, accounts, data, or networks.
Soliciting personal information from individuals under the age of 18. - Submitting personal data to FUN regarding third parties without their explicit consent.
- Impersonating any person or entity, including our employees or representatives, through fraudulent associations with FUN or by misrepresenting your identity.
- Violating the privacy rights of others, such as sharing someone’s personal information without their consent.
4. Integrity of the Service
You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that could compromise the integrity of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Trying to circumvent, exploit, or neutralize any limitations or restrictions imposed on the Service.
- Identifying and exploiting security vulnerabilities, or attempting to bypass any existing security measures or filtering systems.
- Conducting denial of service (DoS) attacks or any other activities aimed at disrupting, disabling, or overwhelming the Service.
- Transmitting harmful code, files, scripts, agents, or programs, including viruses or malware, or employing automated methods, such as bots, to access or utilize the Service.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
5. Restrictions on Data Scraping
Scraping refers to the automated process of extracting data from our Service using tools such as bots or web crawlers. You are prohibited from scraping the Service for any reason, including the sale of personal data to recruiters, headhunters, or job boards.
6. Commercial Use of FUN
We recognize that you might utilize the Service in a business context by sharing your contact details with potential Members and other professional contacts. However, our intention is not for the Service to function as your main business website. If we notice that you are generating excessive traffic or traffic that does not align with the intended purpose of the Service, we may require you to upgrade to a paid account with a fee to be specified or enforce other usage restrictions.
7. Prohibition of Spam and Dishonest Activity on FUN Services
The Service strictly forbids automated excessive bulk activities and coordinated dishonest practices, including spamming. The following actions are explicitly prohibited:
- Mass distribution of promotions and advertisements that violate the terms and policies set by FUN.
- Inauthentic interactions, including the use of fake accounts and automated deceptive behavior.
- Engaging in or supporting secondary markets that facilitate dishonest activities.
- Utilizing the Service to spread abuse on other platforms.
- Phishing attempts or any similar fraudulent activities.
To safeguard against spam, we may impose restrictions on the number of messages and emails dispatched from FUN’s phone number and email address when sharing your digital business card.
8. User Protection
You must refrain from engaging in any actions that could cause significant harm to other users. We will prioritize resolving any disputes in a manner that protects our user community.
9. Memberships
Anyone can sign up for a complimentary membership. Individuals holding a free membership can upgrade to a Smart Membership by placing an order for at least one Smart Contract.
10. RICH Compensation Plan
Introducing the RICH plan, which stands for Recurring Income Create Happiness, a unique rewards system designed to bring joy and provide recurring income. The RICH plan is constructed on five foundational components:
A) Bitty Plan – accessible to all members
B) Rainbow Plan – available to all members
C) Grid Plan – reserved for Smart Members
D) MAD Plan – exclusive to Smart Members
E) Smart Plan – for Smart Members only
11. Bitty Token
Starting from January 2026, Bitty will be established as the standard payment method for FUN. We will launch the Bitty Exchange Platform, an avenue for our members to trade and exchange Bitty. Purchasing Bitty during the introductory phase could be one of the wisest choices you ever make. For every Bitty order made through a referral, you will receive a 10% Bitty bonus. This mutually beneficial arrangement means that you will also become the referrer for that individual within the RICH compensation plan.
