Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy outlines the procedures and controls implemented by Free Universal Network (FUN) to prevent, detect, and report money laundering and related financial crimes. FUN is committed to full compliance with applicable U.S. laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and adheres to international best practices.
1. Purpose
To establish a framework for identifying and mitigating risks associated with money laundering and financial crime across FUN’s services.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all services offered by FUN, including but not limited to:
- Affiliate programs
- Digital memberships
- Financial transactions conducted through our platform
3. Policy Statement
FUN strictly prohibits the use of its services for money laundering or any activity that facilitates criminal conduct. We reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
We may collect and verify user information, including name, email address, gender, date of birth, location, payment methods, and IP addresses. Enhanced due diligence may be applied to high-risk users, jurisdictions, or transactions.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
Transactions are monitored for unusual patterns, such as rapid transfers, multiple account usage, or inconsistent behavior. Documented suspicious activity may be reported to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) or other relevant authorities.
6. Recordkeeping
All transaction and user data will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
7. Training & Awareness
All FUN personnel involved in payment processing, user onboarding, or compliance will receive AML training to ensure awareness and adherence to this policy.
8. Third-Party Services
While FUN is not responsible for the AML compliance of third-party services integrated into our platform, we strive to partner only with reputable and compliant providers.
9. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in law, regulation, or business operations.
