Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy – Effective Date: June 2025
Applies to: All users, partners, and affiliates of 10Dollar Fun
1. Purpose
This AML Policy outlines the procedures and controls implemented by Free Universal Network (FUN) to prevent, detect, and report money laundering and related financial crimes. We are committed to full compliance with applicable U.S. laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and international best practices.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all services offered by FUN, including affiliate programs, digital memberships, and any financial transactions conducted through our platform.
3. Policy Statement
FUN strictly prohibits the use of its services for money laundering or any activity that facilitates criminal conduct, and we reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
We may collect and verify user information, including name, email, payment method, and IP address. Enhanced due diligence may be applied to high-risk users or transactions.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
Transactions are monitored for unusual patterns, including rapid transfers, multiple accounts, or inconsistent usage. Any suspicious activity will be documented and may be reported to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) or other relevant authorities.
6. Recordkeeping
Transaction and user data will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
7. Training & Awareness
All team members involved in payment processing or user verification receive AML awareness training.
8. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for AML compliance of third-party services integrated into our platform, but we strive to work only with reputable providers.
9. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in law, regulation, or business operations.
