Acceptable Use Policy

To provide our services to Members and keep our systems running smoothly, securely, and without interruption, Free Universal Network Limited (“FUN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) requires that Members use our platform responsibly. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) defines what constitutes misuse or abuse and outlines the activities that are permitted or prohibited on FUN’s websites and mobile applications (“Services”).
We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Policy and/or suspend or terminate the account of any Member at our sole discretion. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned in our Terms of Service, which this Policy forms an integral part of.
1. Compliance With Laws and Regulations
You are responsible for using the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Policy.
2. Conditions of Use
You may not upload, share, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide any content that:
a) Is unlawful or promotes unlawful activities
b) Is or contains sexually obscene material
c) Is libelous, defamatory, or fraudulent
d) Is discriminatory or abusive toward any individual or group
e) Gratuitously depicts or glorifies violence
f) Contains false, inaccurate, or intentionally deceptive information that may adversely affect public interest (e.g., health, safety, election integrity, civic participation)
g) Contains or installs malware, exploits, or uses our platform for exploit delivery
h) Infringes any proprietary rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or publicity rights
i) Is objectionable in FUN’s sole judgment or restricts others from using or enjoying the Services
j) May expose FUN or its Members to harm or liability
k) You do not have the legal or contractual right to transmit
3. Conduct Restrictions
While using the Services, you may not:
a) Harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence toward individuals or groups, including FUN staff or Members
b) Use our servers for excessive automated bulk activity (e.g., spamming, crypto mining)
c) Place undue burden on our servers via automation or unsolicited advertising
d) Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any service, device, data, account, or network
e) Solicit personal information from individuals under age 16
f) Submit third-party personal data without consent
g) Impersonate any person or entity, including FUN staff or representatives
h) Violate the privacy of others by sharing personal information without consent
4. Service Integrity
You may not:
a) Attempt to bypass or disable service restrictions
b) Exploit security vulnerabilities or filtering mechanisms
c) Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or similar disruptions
d) Transmit harmful code, malware, or use bots to access the Services
e) Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services
5. Scraping Restrictions
Automated data extraction (“scraping”) is prohibited. You may not scrape the Services for any purpose, including selling personal data to recruiters, headhunters, or job boards.
6. Commercial Activity
You may use the Services to support your business by sharing contact information. However, if your usage generates disproportionate traffic or deviates from intended use, FUN may require you to upgrade to a paid account or impose usage limits.
7. Spam and Inauthentic Activity
Prohibited activities include:
a) Bulk distribution of unauthorized promotions or advertising
b) Fake accounts or automated inauthentic interactions
c) Participation in secondary markets for inauthentic activity
d) Using FUN to propagate abuse on other platforms
e) Phishing or attempted phishing
To prevent spam, FUN may limit texts and emails sent from FUN’s server.
8. Member Protection
You must not engage in activities that significantly harm other Members. FUN will resolve disputes in favor of protecting its Member community.
9. Funny Crypto Token
FUN is the founder of the Funny Token, launched on 1 December 2025 at a value of $0.01. Starting 13 April 2026, the day the FUN project goes live, FUN products and service subscriptions are priced in Funny Tokens, and the value will be set at $0.20.
10. FUN Programs
FUN service subscriptions are 10 Funny Tokens for a lifetime access and result in a Smart Contract.
11. Fees
Members may remain free indefinitely. To order Funny Tokens, you must provide accurate billing information and authorize FUN to charge your payment method. You may cancel your membership at any time via email or the contact page. Cancellations are effective immediately and do not result in refunds. Cancellation ends all FUN income streams.
12. Disputes
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge. FUN may change fees with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes agreement to the new amount.
13. Rewards Plan
The FUN Rewards Plan, named RICH (“Residual Income Creates Happiness”), supports financial independence. It includes four pillars:
- Rainbow Plan – open to all Members
- Grid Plan – open to Smart Members
- Smart Plan – open to all Members
- MAD Plan – open to Smart Members
Free Members can earn enough through the Rainbow Plan to purchase a Smart Contract and access the other plans.
14. Membership Ranks
Members are assigned a rank upon joining. Rank progression is based on referring Smart Members:
- Refer 0 Smart Members, and you are a Starter
- Refer 1 Smart Member, and you’ll become a Rookie member
- Refer 2 Smart Members, and you’ll become a Master member
- Refer 3 Smart Members, and you’ll become a Champ member
- Refer 4 Smart Members, and you’ll become an Elite member
- Refer 5 Smart Members, and you’ll become a Royal member
A Smart Member is a user who has purchased at least one Smart Contract. A rank determines the number of levels a member is eligible for Rainbow Plan bonuses.
15. Special Membership Provisions
- Kids Accounts: Parents or legal guardians may enroll a newborn child, which will create a dedicated Kids Account under their supervision.
- Business Accounts: Businesses may register and access dedicated services tailored to commercial use, subject to applicable terms and verification.
- Beneficiary Assignment: Members may appoint a beneficiary. In the event of the Member’s passing, their account will be merged with the beneficiary’s account, subject to verification and FUN’s discretion.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with an “effective date.” Continued use of FUN after updates constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us via the contact page.
