🔄 Breakage & Legacy

🛡️ When members cancel or are expelled, their position is claimed by HELP after 12 months
🧩 Inactive accounts are merged into HELP
🔁 All breakage flows to the HELP Charity — ensuring no value is lost, only redirected to good.
