🎯 Leadership Bonus is a monthly challenge to reward Smart Members who bring in the most recruits.
💵 The top recruiter each month earns $100.
🥈 The second-place recruiter gets $75.
🥉 Third place takes home $50.
🏅 Fourth place receives $25.
🎖 Fifth place earns $10.
🎊 Members ranked sixth through tenth each receive $5.
📌 To qualify, a member must refer at least 5 new Smart Members in the calendar month.
⚖️ If there’s a tie, the prize money for that rank will be split evenly among the winners.
📊 All referrals are tracked, and we maintain a Heavy Hitters leaderboard to spotlight top performers.
