- Members And Visitors To A FUN Website
If you join our program, we will collect personal data.
While you complete the online registration form, we ask you to provide us with your full name, email address, gender, date of birth, country, postal/zip code, and mobile phone number. All these details are available to you anytime by accessing your profile page in your FUN member area, allowing you to correct or update that information. Your name, date of birth, and gender can be changed once. You may provide other personal details about yourself, but these are optional.
Once you have created a profile, we will automatically track certain information, such as your IP address. For safety and security reasons and to ensure you have the best possible user experience, we require that you verify your email address.
- Age Restriction
You can become a member if you are 18. We do not knowingly collect any information about anyone under 13. Nor do we knowingly market to anyone under the age of 18. When we become aware that a minor under 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, in that case, we will terminate that person’s registration and delete their profile. If we delete a profile because you violated our no children rules, we may retain your email and IP address to ensure that you do not try to get around our rules again by creating a new membership.

If you have registered on one of our partner websites, such as Facebook, or you have verified your profile via a partner website, we may connect your FUN profile with your profile on such a partner website. We may do this by way of informing you about newly uploaded content.
If you have become a member through a partner website and you do not want to link your FUN profile to your profile on the partner website, we cannot amend these settings. Visit the application settings on the partner website profile and follow the instructions to remove the access permissions.
- Other Personal Information
If you contact our customer support desk via the online contact form, we will record your email address and track your IP address plus the information you send to us to help resolve your query. We will keep records of our communication with you, including any complaints from you about other members (and others about you).

b. Use this information to make new friends or to make new contacts. Beware that you may not use other members’ information for commercial purposes, spam, harass, or make unlawful threats. We reserve the right to terminate the profiles of those who misuse other members’ information.

a. We do not sell or rent personal information about you to any third party. We may disclose aggregated non-personal data for marketing and promotional purposes. That means we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify you.

Members have the following choices to delete their profile from our database:

To prevent abuse or misuse of our program by a member following termination or deletion of their membership, we shall retain such information as we deem in our sole discretion may be necessary to ensure that the member does not activate a new membership and profile in breach of our terms of use and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Even after you remove information from your profile or cancel your membership, copies of that information may still be viewable or accessed on the Internet to the extent such information has been previously shared with others or copied or stored by other members or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. b. If you have not signed into your member area for twelve consecutive months, we may remove your profile as part of our data cleansing process.
c. To prevent your profile and the content within your account from being deleted upon your decease, we strongly advise you to transfer any rights to your profile to another member.
